WARRANTY INFORMATION:

We make Hitcase products with the best quality materials available. Hitcase is not indestructible and is designed to sacrifice itself to protect your phone by absorbing shock and jerk force into itself. iPhones are delicate devices, and a Hitcase won't make it indestructible either. Hitcase will however make it a lot tougher and allow you to have more fun with your iPhone. We highly recommend that you use common sense when using your iPhone with your Hitcase. If the case isn’t sealing properly, then email us immediately and do not use your Hitcase. If you have damaged your Hitcase, and you believe that damage would reduce it effectiveness either in waterproofness or in shock protection, then you should replace it.

We test every single Hitcase at the factory for quality, including our proprietary 20/20 quality testing which involves a water pressure test of each case for 20 minutes at 20 psi in a water pressure vessel. 20 psi is equal to 14m or 46 feet underwater. We do this to make sure there is additional margin of safety, as we only recommend depths of less than 10m/33ft for periods of less than 30 mins. Hitcase is not intended for extended diving, or sports of that nature. We also manually inspect every single Hitcase prior to packaging and shipping to make sure everything is within specification.

14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

If at any time within 14 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied with your Hitcase you may return it to us for a refund. Please note that this guarantee can only be used for Hitcase products purchased from our online store at hitcase.com and is for unused and undamaged Hitcase's with their original packaging. If you purchased your product from a dealer or other online store, please refer to their return policy.

OFFICIAL STUFF:

HIT Technologies, Inc. DBA Hitcase and its affiliated companies worldwide (“Hitcase”) warrants our Hitcase products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase of the product by the original end user (the “Warranty Period”). Hitcase does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any smart phone or other device made by anyone other than Hitcase. If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any Hitcase product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Hitcase will (i) repair the Hitcase product using new or refurbished parts or (ii) replace the Hitcase product with a new or refurbished comparable Hitcase product at our sole discretion. For purposes of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies. Hitcase warranty does not cover any damage resulting from use, accident, third party parts or normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. Hitcase does not warrant against loss of any data, including data on device returned to Hitcase, and assumes no liability for such loss. Hitcase's maximum combined liability shall be limited to the cost for the specific product only.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

Unfortunately, we cannot warranty your Hitcase for the following issues:

1. Abuse, misuse or improper handling. Your Hitcase is not a hammer, or supposed to take beatings repeatedly without fail. It is designed to sacrifice itself to save your iPhone if at all possible.
2. Hitcase does not in any way warranty the safety of any device you place into our case. You use your Hitcase at your own risk. Like with Helmets and Cars we can only warranty our product and not whats inside it if things get tough.
3. Crash damage. If your sending it so hard you ding up your Hitcase, then you should be happy that it (hopefully) kept your iPhone intact. We’ll be happy to sell you a new one at a hefty discount if you send us the footage!
4. If you purchase a sale item (clearance, discounted) at any retailer excluding Hitcase.com your warranty is not covered.
5. Hitcase will replace your warranty covered product at no charge to you except for shipping, handling and applicable taxes.

HIT Technologies, Inc. (doing business as Hitcase) is not liable for any accident, injury, death, loss or other claim relating to or resulting from the use or this product or family of products. Never attempt anything you see in our or any third party videos. Using Hitcase and all of its mounts including any and all homemade mounts/equipment can cause serious injury or even death. Always follow appropriate laws and use common sense. Always be mindful of how Hitcase and/or any Hitcase accessory can impact clearance, movement, weight, momentum, or interference with other equipment etc. In no event shall Hitcase be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. Never alter any type or the path of safety equipment for Hitcase. Never affix any Hitcase mount with anything other than what is included in the package for that mount. Hitcase's maximum combined liability shall in all cases be limited to the cost for the specific product only.
