Shipping costs and available shipping methods are automatically calculated during the checkout (order) process and vary based on the destination country and order contents. For your convenience, you can generate a quick shipping quote before checking out. Simply add the desired products to your shopping cart, fill in Country, State, Zip in the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” box (located right below "Proceed to Checkout" button) and click "Get a Quote".

If you have entered the incorrect shipping address and it's too late make changes please note that we are not responsable for lost packages, usually if an order it's shipped to an incorrect address the package will be returned to sender and we will refund this accordingly, please note that shipping charges will apply. 

We will ship using one of the methods below based on the item(s) ordered and your location.

For US destinations, we ship with:

Standard Shipping: USPS First Class Mail (1-3 days), USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days), FedEx Ground (1-7 days).
Express Shipping: FedEx Express Saver (1-3 business days), or FedEx 2 Business Days (1-3 days).

For Canadian destinations, we ship with:

Standard Shipping: FedEx Ground (2-7 days), Canada Post Expedited (2-9 days) or Canada Post Lettermail (6-10 days).
Express Shipping: Canada Post Expedited (2-9 days), Canada Post Xpresspost (1-3 days) or Canada Post Priority (1-2 days).

For all other countries, we ship with:

Standard: USPS 1st Class Mail with delivery confirmation (delivery time varies) or Express: USPS Priority Mail International with tracking number (delivery time varies).

Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US and Canada are solely responsible for all import tax, duty and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling for your order. These charges are normally collected by the delivering company when you receive the parcel – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Tax and duty vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Tax, duty and brokerage are non-refundable. If you refuse a delivery for any reason, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Tracking and/or delivery confirmation numbers will be provided via e-mail usually within 24hrs if they are available for the shipping method selected.

Depending on the shipping method you have selected, average delivery times vary between 1-6 business days for most US and Canadian destinations and 3-10 business days for International shipments. Depending on the product ordered, we may need 24 to 48 hours to process your order for shipment. Please note that International shipments sent via the US Postal Service or Canada Post could take as long as 6-8 weeks due to customs delays and other unforeseen circumstances.
